Download every result of a job (JSON Lines)

The job's results_url: every result as JSON Lines (one JobResult object per line, in completion order), streamed. The URL is signed: it needs no API key and works until results_url_expires_at; GET the job again for a fresh one. Free.

Auth: none: the signed URL is the credential.
