Summarize a video

Summarize the video at <video link>, for <audience or purpose>.

Fetch its transcript (in <language> if it has one, otherwise in the original language) and work only from what it says.

Then write:
- A summary of a short paragraph.
- The key points in order, each with the timestamp where it starts, so I can jump to it.
- The claims, numbers and names it mentions, quoted exactly.
- Anything it promises to cover but doesn't.

If the transcript is machine-generated, say so, and flag words that look misheard instead of correcting them silently.
